Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your appointment will receive a full refund of any deposit paid
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment may forfeit the deposit
- No-shows without prior notice will forfeit the full deposit
- We understand emergencies happen - please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule
Rescheduling
We're happy to reschedule your appointment if you give us at least 48 hours' notice. Rescheduled appointments are subject to availability. Please contact us by phone or WhatsApp to arrange a new time.
Late Arrivals
We kindly ask that you arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive late, we may need to shorten your treatment time to accommodate subsequent appointments. In cases of significant delay, we may need to reschedule your appointment.
Consultations
Initial consultations are required for most treatments to assess suitability and discuss your goals. Consultation fees may apply and will be communicated at the time of booking. Consultation fees are typically deducted from your treatment cost if you proceed.
Treatment Suitability
All treatments are subject to a suitability assessment. We reserve the right to refuse or postpone treatment if we believe it is not in your best interest. In such cases, any deposit paid will be refunded in full.
