Cancellation Policy

We kindly request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. We understand that emergencies happen and will always try to accommodate genuine circumstances.

Deposits

A deposit may be required to secure certain appointments. Deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows but will be applied to your treatment cost when you attend your appointment.
