1. Booking an Appointment

You can book an appointment with us in the following ways:

• By Phone: Call us and one of our team members will be happy to assist you.

• Online: Visit our website to schedule your appointment at your convenience.

• In-Person: Stop by our clinic and we’ll help you book your appointment.

When booking, please provide us with your name, contact details, preferred appointment time, and any relevant medical information (if necessary for your treatment).

2. Appointment Confirmation

Once your appointment is booked, we’ll send you a confirmation via email or text, depending on the contact details you’ve provided. This will include your appointment time, date, and any specific instructions. If you don’t receive confirmation within 24 hours, please reach out to us to confirm your booking.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

 We understand that life happens, and you may need to change your plans. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, we may need to charge a cancellation fee of 30%.

• Rescheduling: If you’d like to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment, and we’ll find a new time that works for you.

We kindly ask for your understanding, as missed appointments or late cancellations affect our ability to serve other clients.

4. Late Arrivals

We aim to provide each client with the time and attention they deserve. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to shorten your treatment time or, in some cases, reschedule your appointment to avoid delays for other clients. Late arrivals may also incur additional charges.

5. Deposit Requirement

For certain treatments, we may require a deposit to secure your booking. This deposit will be applied to the cost of your treatment, and is refundable as long as you cancel or reschedule in line with our policy. We will inform you about the deposit requirement when you make the booking.

6. Consultation Fees

All treatments will require a consultation before your appointment. Any consultation fees will be communicated to you when you book. If you proceed with the treatment, the consultation fee may be credited toward the cost of the service.

7. Health and Safety

Your health and safety are our top priority. Please make sure to inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or other relevant health details when booking. This ensures we tailor our treatments to your individual needs and avoid any risks.

If you are feeling unwell or have symptoms of illness, such as fever or a cough, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment to protect both our team and other clients.

8. Personal Information

 When you book an appointment with us, you’ll be asked to provide some personal and health information. Rest assured, we handle all your data with the utmost care and confidentiality, following the guidelines outlined in our Privacy Policy.

9. Payment

Payment is due at the time of your treatment, unless otherwise agreed. We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfer  and cash. If you’ve paid a deposit, the remaining balance will be due at the time of your appointment.

We may occasionally update our booking policy. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the effective date will be updated. We encourage you to check this policy from time to time to stay informed about any changes.
