Cancellations and Refunds Policy

Cancellation Window

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the slot to another client and ensure clinician time is used effectively.

Deposits & Refunds

• Deposits are refundable when cancellations are made more than 48 hours before the appointment.
• Cancellations within 48 hours may forfeit the deposit.
• No-shows without prior notice will forfeit the full deposit.

Rescheduling

If you need to change your appointment time, please contact us as soon as possible by phone or WhatsApp. Rescheduled appointments are subject to availability.
